I’ve been searching the web looking at elearning strategies and come to the conclusion they represent a set of ideas and aspirations of where elearning may go. UCL’s elearning strategy (Prezi version) begins to address some of this thinking. What niggles away is that today’s format of learning is becoming ubiquitous and varied – even cheap and commonplace but perhaps this is where the richness comes in and perhaps not. A learner’s ability to explore untrodden paths opens opportunities to new perceptions – another angle from their eclectic mass of online places and spaces.
